4-Student Small Group,
Personalized Elementary Math Academy.

We are in Fairfax, VA 22030. Students from nearby Northern Virginia communities — Centreville and Chantilly — are welcome to enroll. The exact address is shared when you inquire.

We teach grades 3–6, with at most 4 students per class. Sessions run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5:00–6:10 PM and 6:30–7:40 PM. You choose the days and how often to attend (1–4 sessions a week); each session is 70 minutes.

It is not one-on-one tutoring, but with at most 4 students per class, each student still works through their own textbooks at their own pace. We start with a placement diagnostic, record mistakes every session and revisit them, and send parents a teacher-reviewed progress report.

AAP math covers Virginia SOL content one grade level ahead, so it takes both solid concepts and strong reasoning. We build concepts with materials matched to each student (IXL Math, Singapore Math, Beast Academy) and stretch reasoning with math olympiad problems, supporting both AAP placement and retention.

The first 20 minutes of every session go to reviewing past mistakes and solving 2–3 math olympiad problems. Students preparing for MOEMS or AMC 8 are coached at their own level, from problem-solving strategies to contest-day readiness.
